Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and Power BI
- Lead cross-functional agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements to support scalability goals
- Document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and requirements documentation
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
