Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create process flows using BPMN notation
- Lead UAT cycles and document detailed test cases for new system implementations
- Develop KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or fintech industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time within budget constraints
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and user story development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
