Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Document requirements, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Perform gap analysis between current state and desired business outcomes
- Create detailed business cases with ROI calculations and risk assessments
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across departments
