Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and create compelling documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML and BPMN
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
