Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather and document business needs
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution delivery
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in Agile environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with financial services background
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN) and requirements documentation
- Advanced SQL skills with database querying experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and data visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
