Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise-scale projects
- Analyze business processes and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and ROI drivers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Develop and present ROI analyses to justify project investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Proven track record of documenting BRDs, SOWs, and process flows
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
