Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Create data models and perform quantitative analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Implement and optimize KPIs to measure project success and ROI
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for enterprise systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent professional credentials
