Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Analyze operational workflows using process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT plans, and test cases
- Collaborate with data teams to design SQL queries and dashboard solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) as Scrum Master proxy
- Lead business impact assessments for system implementations and upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation required
- Demonstrated experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
