Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business objectives
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Develop process flows, data models, and wireframes for new system implementations
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs effectively
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT and create comprehensive documentation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirement documentation
