Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Analyze operational processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and data modeling techniques
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting frameworks using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs with JIRA
- Document requirements in Confluence and maintain traceability matrices
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with agile methodologies
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or healthcare industries highly valued
