Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis projects, including stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and process documentation
- Develop comprehensive data models and KPI dashboards to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL pipelines and optimize data warehouses
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories for development teams
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for business intelligence workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements management
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence executives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
