Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for stakeholders
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with department heads and technical teams
- Facilitate UAT and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog using JIRA/Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in SaaS or healthcare tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
