Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to identify business needs and pain points
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Design detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation performance to ensure business objectives are met
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering successful complex projects
