Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and visualization platforms
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to align teams on project objectives
- Document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) highly desirable
