Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-level projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Develop comprehensive process flows, data models, and user stories for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify actionable business insights
- Create detailed test plans and perform UAT validation for new system implementations
- Produce executive-ready dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for requirements documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with enterprise software implementations
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Proven experience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success leading requirements gathering for SaaS platforms
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
