Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and process optimization using BPMN and UML
- Develop comprehensive data models and visualizations using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and performance metrics
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS/tech focus
- Expertise in requirements elicitation methodologies (JAD, MoSCoW)
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or CBA-I)
- Demonstrable experience with API integration and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful BA-led initiatives
