Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to define strategic solutions
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Document requirements using industry-standard tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive consensus on project scope and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and use case development
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience with government healthcare projects a significant plus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
