Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions
- Facilitate workshops and create comprehensive documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure successful implementation of business requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and quantify business impact
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Proven track record translating business needs into technical requirements for software products
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading stakeholder workshops
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian tools
