Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for enterprise-level projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions using Agile methodologies
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation artifacts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with key business partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS industries
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
