Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
- Design and document business processes using BPMN and flowcharting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align teams on project goals and deliverables
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness against KPIs
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with fintech or SaaS exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with SAFe certification a plus
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from conception to delivery
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
