Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables
- Validate solutions against business goals through testing and implementation support
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track project success and business impact
- Maintain and improve business analysis methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems implementation
