Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping and gap analysis for cross-functional departments
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Perform quantitative analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Document and communicate findings through executive-ready presentations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and ERP systems
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
