Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions using Agile methodologies
- Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure project success
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings to leadership
- Ensure solutions align with company goals and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
