Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and identify optimization opportunities
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to drive data-informed decisions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Create and maintain process documentation, diagrams, and requirement traceability matrices
- Monitor solution implementation and measure KPIs to validate business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven track record in tech or finance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
