Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping across departments
- Analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure solution alignment
- Lead UAT sessions and validate system functionality
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with financial services or fintech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
