Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams
- Design comprehensive data models and process workflows using Lucidchart and SQL
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections for digital transformation initiatives
- Create detailed BRDs, SRS documents, and user acceptance test plans
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement predictive analytics solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in FinTech or SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in process mapping with BPMN 2.0 standards
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Strong financial modeling and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
