Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking and performance monitoring
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and development teams
- Lead UAT cycles and provide recommendations for system enhancements
- Document requirements using industry-standard methodologies (BPMN, UML)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements for enterprise-scale applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
