Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create data models, reports, and visualizations using SQL/Excel
- Facilitate workshops and document business processes
- Validate solutions through UAT and implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integrations
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Background in SaaS or fintech highly valued
