Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to document business needs
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and recommend actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and visualization tools
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analyst experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Advanced SQL skills and data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML modeling
