Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for enterprise systems
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across departments to align on strategic objectives
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and visualization tools
- Lead UAT cycles and coordinate with development teams for seamless implementation
- Document requirements using industry-standard methodologies (BPMN, UML)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong background in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with process mining tools like Celonis or UiPath
