Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Lead stakeholder workshops to document requirements and validate deliverables
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
- Document business rules and ensure regulatory compliance across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMP designation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries highly valued
