Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document detailed business requirements
- Develop KPI dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process optimization strategies
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation and project artifacts
- Mentor junior analysts and best practices methodology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech/consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) required
- Experience with API integrations and SaaS platforms
