Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications using Agile methodologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops across finance, operations, and IT departments to define project scope
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using Visio and Jira
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Validate solution deliverables through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst with enterprise systems
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle) and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful business process reengineering projects
