Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Validate solution effectiveness through testing and implementation support
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
