Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on project objectives
- Validate solution effectiveness through testing and feedback loops
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
