Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services
- Expertise in requirement gathering and process modeling tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or CBAP preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Miami-based candidates with local financial services knowledge preferred
