Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create data models and visualizations to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements across departments
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance protocols
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date requirement specifications
- Monitor KPIs and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA projects
