Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories for agile development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and align business objectives
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, SOWs, and test cases
- Lead UAT cycles and validate solution efficacy against business needs
- Implement process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Demonstrated success in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
