Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven performance metrics
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and system documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong understanding of API integration and system architecture concepts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
