Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align technical teams with business goals
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of new systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process modeling (BPMN)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and CRM platforms
