Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and process documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather domain knowledge
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and implement KPI dashboards for executive reporting
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT and stakeholder feedback
- Develop process flow diagrams and data models using Visio
- Present findings to leadership with compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful process optimization projects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Strong analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
