Responsibilities
- Analyze financial processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL and data visualization tools
- Document detailed requirements for enterprise software implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless delivery of digital transformation projects
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
- Create process flow diagrams and system architecture documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Advanced certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/PMP preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects
- Mastery of Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Visio
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite levels
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
