Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage Jira backlogs
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with enterprise systems
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
