Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and documentation
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements using UML and BPMN
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends
- Create detailed business cases and ROI projections
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
