Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for enterprise systems
- Analyze operational data using SQL and BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Document requirements using industry-standard tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure seamless implementation of new processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with SAFe certification a plus
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to operational excellence
- Experience with process automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
