Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system improvements using JIRA/Confluence
- Create data models and visualizations to support decision-making
- Validate solution feasibility through cost-benefit analysis
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent certification
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
