Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and data models for product development
- Facilitate workshops with executive leadership to align on strategic priorities
- Translate technical jargon into actionable business recommendations
- Lead QA testing cycles and document implementation requirements
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for product success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS/FinTech
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for engineering teams
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite levels
