Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless implementation
- Present findings to executive teams through compelling visualizations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools
- Proven track record translating requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
