Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for new initiatives
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, and JIRA to identify trends and validate hypotheses
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops between engineering, product, and executive teams
- Develop test cases and validate solution outcomes against business objectives
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS/FinTech exposure
- Expertise in requirements gathering and Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex data into stakeholder-friendly narratives
- Experience driving digital transformation projects with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
