Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Leverage SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize key performance metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Develop test cases and validate solution effectiveness through UAT cycles
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated success leading requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
